For many folks in corrections "success" has but one measure: a reduction in recidivism. If the individual does not commit another crime, or violate the terms of their probation or parole and wind up re-incarcerated, they are counted as a "success."

However, for Neighborhood Solutions Inc. (NSI) "success" is defined in different terms. Our goal is to help make persons "whole." We want them to become employed, taxpaying, voting citizens who provide for their families and attempt to raise their progeny to be upright members of the community.
